Booking & traveler data: Full legal name (as on government ID), date of birth, nationality, passport or travel document number, expiry date, and issuing country for each traveler.

Contact information: Email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Payment information: Credit or debit card number, expiry, CVV, and billing address. Payment data is transmitted directly to our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor (Authorize.net) and is never stored on our servers in unencrypted form.

Usage & technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and interaction timestamps — collected automatically via standard web server logs and analytics.

We use your personal information to:

• Process and fulfill your flight booking, including issuing e-tickets and booking references. • Communicate booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and service notifications. • Contact you about changes to your booking or airline schedule. • Verify your identity and prevent fraud. • Comply with legal, regulatory, and airline reporting requirements. • Improve our services and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not use your personal information for automated profiling or marketing without your explicit consent.

OneSkies is a PCI DSS-compliant merchant. All payment transactions are processed through Authorize.net, a leading payment gateway certified to PCI DSS standards. Your full card number and CVV are transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections and are never stored on our servers in plain text.

We store only the last four digits of your card number and card type for reference purposes after a transaction is completed. Our infrastructure undergoes regular security reviews to safeguard your financial data.

We share personal data only as necessary to provide our services or as required by law:

Airlines & carriers: Traveler names, document data, and contact information are transmitted to airlines to issue tickets and comply with APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) regulations.

Payment processors: Billing and card data are shared with Authorize.net solely to process your payment.

Service providers: We may share data with trusted vendors (e.g., IT support, email delivery) under data processing agreements that prohibit independent use or disclosure.

Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of OneSkies, our clients, or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Typically: • Booking records (including traveler and payment data) are retained for seven (7) years to meet accounting, tax, and airline reporting requirements. • Marketing preferences and contact records are retained until you opt out or request deletion. • Technical/log data is retained for up to twelve (12) months.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and collect aggregate analytics data.
